Jean (Batchelor) Boice '54 sent the following 2 photos to Joe Klein '54 who thinks they were taken during the 1951-52 school year in Miss Nanabel Cassell's speech or drama class. Miss Cassell was known for conducting a "Different" kind of classroom.
Joe remembers getting dressed as empty bras were filled with oranges and other things. Where did the dresses come from? Perhaps the Drama Department's Wardrobe? Joe feels sure of the year since Kenny Turner and David Rolf were Seniors and some of the others were Sophomores.
